1) Are all of my tiles going to look the same?

All of our tiles are handcrafted and are like snowflakes – no two are alike. This is what gives our tiles an authentic, unique look and feel – it’s tile that tells a story.

2) Is the tile I want in stock?

Most of our tiles are in stock, except for the California Cool tiles (however, we do have 4”x 4” samples in stock) which are made to order – just for you!

3) Can I come and pick my order up, or do you have a store I can visit?

We only ship out – we have no showroom or “will call” service.

4) Is there a way I can see what the product is like before ordering?

We offer sample packs in lieu of a showroom so you can look touch and feel and order more. See our Sample Packs page for more information.

5) How do I place an order?

We offer website purchases or you can call us and order over the phone at 562.505.6927.

6) Is there anything else I need to know about the order process? What if I need to make a return?

7) What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit cards on our website and most credit cards over the phone. You can use Paypal as well.

8) What can I do with the handcrafted tiles?

Most of our handcrafted tiles are for vertical projects, but all are great for floor inserts or accents when used with other rustic tiles and pavers synergistically.

9) What are pavers and quarry tiles used for?

All of our Mexican Pavers and California Cool Quarry Tile are for floors.

10) There is a design I’ve seen that I really like, but it isn’t on your website. Is there a way you could reproduce it?

We can have any handcrafted tile duplicated, replicated or knocked off with certain minimum quantities for various sizes. Call or email us for more information. We are happy to help!

11) How long will my order take to ship?

If the tiles are in stock, we ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your order. Large and special orders may take 4-6 weeks to ship. We will provide you with an order confirmation and tracking number (if available) upon shipment.
